With over two decades of experience in the Permanent Makeup field and extensive continuing education, she has developed a structured curriculum, focused on technique, fundamentals, safety awareness, and informed a decision making in Permanent Makeup.

This training is designed to introduce students to Brows lips and eyeliner procedure procedures throughout a methodical and educational approach. Students will learn how to observe, practice and understand techniques skin considerations pigment behavior and procedural flow in a professional setting.

The goal of this program is to provide students with foundational knowledge and hands-on exposure to Permanent Makeup procedures.

This training program is designed to introduce students to the world of Permanent Makeup, including basic technique, principles, safety practices, and procedural awareness. The course focuses on education and hands-on practice to help students build familiarity with Permanent Makeup methods.

  • A self placed online pre-study component
  • In class hands on a practice
  • Supervise the observation and shadowing
  • Lifetime support

PART 1- PRE-STUDY ONLINE

Upon enrollment in the Permanent Makeup training, whether for Brows lips, eyes or color theory students will begin with a comprehensive online pre-study course designed to be completed from home at their own pace.

This online portion covers the foundational knowledge required for Permanent Makeup, including theory, safety, and industry standards. Upon completing all the online lessons and assignments, you will begin part two: in class hands-on training.

BBP Certification is required BEFORE class starts in order to work on live models.

In accordance with OSHA and local health department requirements, all students must obtain a blood-borne pathogen certification prior to working on live models. This certification can be completed online or in person and is a mandatory prerequisite for participation in the in class portion of the training.

PART 2 - 2 DAY IN-CLASS HANDS ON PRACTICE

The second phase of the training consists of two full days of in class, hands-on practice, designed to bring the online education to life.

During these two days, students will apply what they have learned in the online course by working on latex skins and live models under direct guidance.

This portion of the training focuses on technique, execution, hand, pressure, machine, control, pigment, selection, and real time problem-solving.

Students will have the opportunity to ask questions, receive feedback and refine their skills in a supervised environment, allowing them to gain confidence in bridge, the gap between theory and real word application.

PART 3 - 4 DAYS SHADOWING

Your training concludes with four full days of in studio shadowing.

During these four days, you will assist and observe Francesca while she works on real clients in a professional setting. This hands-on experience allows you to see live consultations, treatment set up, technique, execution, and client communication in real time.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the day, gain clarity on techniques, pigment choices, skin assessments, problem-solving, and revisit any topics from the training that require deeper understanding. This final phase is designed to bridge the gap between theory and real word application, helping you build confidence before working independently.

This experience is meant to strengthen your confidence, refine your understanding, and help you transition smoothly from training to working as a professional artist.

CONTINUING EDUCATION & ADDITIONAL TRAINING OPTIONS

Upon completion of the program, you will have gained a foundational knowledge and supervised hands-on experience designed to support continue to learning in Permanent Makeup. This training is intended to help you feel more familiar with techniques, procedures, and professional workflow.

Students progress at different speeds. If at the end of the program, a student does not feel fully confident, additional training days may be purchased based on individual needs. These optional sessions can be customized to focus on hands-on practice, technique, refinement, or review of specific subjects covered during the course.

If you are interested in further guided experience, information about additional training, opportunities and extended learning options is available upon request.

If you have completed Permanent Makeup training at another facility, you are not required to repeat the full program. Based on individual needs and prior education, additional trainings, they may be purchased to focus hands-on practice, technique, refinement, or review of specific subjects.

These sessions are designed to support, continued learning and help students gain further exposure in areas where they would like more practice or clarification. All additional training is customized to the students, goals and comfort level and is offered for educational purposes only.
