The process of lightening/removing unwanted permanent makeup is subject to each individual case; several sessions might be needed to achieve desired results.
STEP 1: CONSULTATION
Francesca will review the work that needs correction and tell you what your options are.
STEP 2: Li-FT SESSION
During this appointment, Francesca will apply a topical numbing cream for 10 minutes to reduce discomfort. The process is similar to getting the area tattooed; in the case of tattoo lightening, we will implant the Li-FT solution instead of pigment.
STEP 3: HEALING PROCESS
Once Li-ft is applied in the skin, it will brake the pigment molecules allowing it to reach the surface of the skin through a process called osmosis.
Once the scabbing process begins, the pigment will be released through the external scabs. Li-ft solution contains NO acids and NO chemicals, so it is safe to use on delicate areas such as brows, eyes or lips.
After your removal is completed, Francesca will provide you with detailed aftercare instructions. You will text/email pictures every other day to allow us to constantly follow your healing process.
Once desired results are achieved, you will be able to pigment the area again, correctly.

STEP 4: NEW WORK
Once the tattoo removal process is fully completed, you can finally get the area (brows, eyes, or lips) tattooed again.
For optimal results, we recommend waiting 2-3 months after the removal process is fully completed, to receive a new tattoo.
EMERGENCY REMOVAL
Permanent Makeup is an art that requires a skilled and experienced artist to achieve the most natural results. Unfortunately with many technicians out there who have received poor training, it is very easy to be left with botched work. Emergency removal is the process of safely removing unwanted ink within 48 hours from receiving the tattoo.
HOW IS IT PERFORMED?
Emergency Removal can be performed ONLY if the tattoo received is less than 48 hours old; the area will be soaked with warm compresses and Li-FT solution. This will allow your unwanted tattoo to lighten up during the first week.
If the unwanted tattoo is over 2 days old, we will proceed with the normal process of tattoo lightening/removal that can be safely performed after 4-6 weeks.
