Long before she ever picked up a machine herself, Francesca sat in someone else's chair and left with brows she barely recognized — uneven, the wrong shade, nothing like what she'd asked for. That appointment didn't push her away from permanent makeup. It pulled her in.
She spent the next two decades studying facial morphology, color theory, and correction technique across two continents — not just to master the craft her original artist never had, but to make sure no client of hers ever left a chair feeling unheard, rushed, or unseen the way she once did.
That experience is also why she created the ReTone™ Method — a color-correction system built specifically for fixing the kind of work that started her own journey.
